A lot of factors determine experience because I’ve visited certain locations and didn’t feel as welcomed as I did at the Loop location! This location actually won back my business and loyalty!
went to cash a savings bond that had a minor typo in my name and they condescendingly said that it would be impossible to cash in. went across town to the regions on university and they cashed it no problem lol
Outstanding service & dedication from the entire staff ,I walked into this branch & received professionalism & feedback on growth, What stood out most was Mrs.Rusell’s ability to navigate a challenging situation.I would also like to highlight the cleanliness of the parking lot & restroom's,I truly thank you all for a wonderful experience.
