Was with this bank for at least 10 yrs was a convenient spot but I when I was charged 3 fees adding to 75 and told its my fault when I keep up with my finances got evidence of what I did yet it means nothing and how odd is it when I try to call them on the phone I was told I can’t talk to anyone on the phone have to go in person. Talk about highly stressed currently looking and considering a new bank but just hope I have better luck somewhere else don’t want the frustration headache I ended up with
This is my neighborhood bank and the one I use frequently. Have to give a shoutout to Keia Thompson. She is the best. Ive dealt with her several times and shes always top notch, but today I had an issue and she went above and beyond to help me resolve it in a timely manner. She is super friendly, outgoing, respectful, attentive to detail, and you can tell she enjoys her job and enjoys helping people. She doesn't fake it!
