I was racially profiled at this bank on 3/16/23 by the branch manager Katy boyingtion! I was denied my funds and lied to multiple times on why I couldn’t access my funds. Not only was she rude she hung up in my face 3 times when trying to speak with her and the staff. I have been a customer for almost 10 years and never experienced this problem at any branch!
