I went to the Hartselle Alabama location this morning to make a withdrawal at the drive through. The cashier was overwhelmed with computer system problems making service slower than usual. Once I got to the speaker and learned what was going on. She asked for my account number. I had it readily available. Rather than complaining, I spoke to her with nothing but kindness. I wanted to take a moment to really recognize an employee that is at branch number 169, which is mid-City location in Huntsville. Javier is an outstanding employee and really should be recognized as an asset to the company. Being able to hear a customer's unstated problem while the customer is stating the problem is a key component to outstanding customer service. Alya was so rude and short! I entered the branch needing deposit slips. She was so short, and condescending! She acted as if she didn't know what I needed, and when she was done figuring it out she told me "bye" The gentleman behind me got a hug! I didn't expect that level of customer service but it would be nice to say "Have a nice day" instead of "ok now bye" as if I annoyed her. After doing business with her today I do not want her to have to wait on me ever again! Since I'm such a hassle to her!
I’ve always preferred this location over any other and all the people who work here are so nice. During my most recent visit I was having a “not so great” day and honestly dreading having to wait to speak to someone. Javier greeted me as soon as I walked in and immediately took care of me. Not only that, we had great conversation—I felt like I was talking with an old friend. If you’re in the Huntsville/Harvest area and bank with regions, you won’t regret coming to this branch. 10/10 customer service.
