I went to the Hartselle Alabama location this morning to make a withdrawal at the drive through. The cashier was overwhelmed with computer system problems making service slower than usual. Once I got to the speaker and learned what was going on. She asked for my account number. I had it readily available. Rather than complaining, I spoke to her with nothing but kindness. I wanted to take a moment to really recognize an employee that is at branch number 169, which is mid-City location in Huntsville. Javier is an outstanding employee and really should be recognized as an asset to the company. Being able to hear a customer's unstated problem while the customer is stating the problem is a key component to outstanding customer service.
