I was really pleased with the service the ladies gave. Penny was very helpful and even got me approved with a Line Of Credit! She also made sure I got everything I needed before I left her office. Oh I’ve been a customer with Regions now for 10 years and this is the best Regions I’ve been to!! I will be going to this Regions from now own for service.
I have been a regions customer for over 30 years (before it was Regions) and the main branch at 423 N. Parkway is awesome. the staff is easy to work with and they do whatever they can to assist the customers.
We will see how this goes. I'm not from Jackson. But they have closed the regions near me. The next closest is awful and the one next to that is even worse. So I'm traveling well over an hour over some crappy online stuff. I'm so sick of the never ending nonsense with this bank. I will be closing my account. I constantly get alerts for my cards being used in areas km clearly not in and have to dispute those. It's obviously I'm not in Florida. But yet my cards being 'used' there. It's bullshit crap.
