Today we had to go into Regions to close my mothers bank acount. She passed just a few days ago. I spoke with Ryan Meyers and he helped with everything. He was knowledgeable and quick. He was also personable and while helping he spoke kindly about my mother and gave words of encouragement. Which helped my wife and I during the closing process. I really appreciate everything he helped with and his kind words.
Alex is awesome when I come into the branch. I don't know the girl's name that runs the car lanes normally, but she's great too. They're both super friendly and helpful.
