My husband and I had a joint checking and savings at another financial institution. One day, I made a transfer that they thought was fraud but was not, and they froze our accounts. I called, and they said they could not talk to me. They had to talk with my husband. We had money together in a checking and savings account, and they refused to talk to me. I don't have any problems with the bank per se but I didn't appreciate when I was paying my mortgage and their website stopped me from being able to pay it due to an outage the next day when I did pay it I was charged the late fee because Regions Mortgage's website wasn't operational to take the payment when I first tried and they didn't wave my late fee because they said they couldn't see on their side where there was an outage so I think that was pathetic but besides that that's all the feedback I have

my car (well the car i almost bought lol) broke down in the parking lot and the people there were so nice n patient with me while helping me out with everything (an employee lent me her phone bc mine was dead, another offered water, i was told how to cash my cashier's check since i was no longer buying the car, etc). which was all very appreciated since i lowkey wanted to run into traffic during this debacle (just lowkey though)
