Con artists. I have been lied to by the branch and back office. Never do business with this bank.
NORA GUIA made a huge error in placing a check in my checking rather than my savings account. I needed my funds specifically in that account and told her so. Yet still put it in my checking. Thankfully the branch manager Henry was able to help us set up a transfer the funds. Thats the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars.
I thought this was a good bank, but Regions is by far the worst bank ever!! Their fraud department is the joke of the century..
Granted the manager Henry fixed my problem but; I came to this location to upgrade my account, when I left the branch my account was upgraded some how some way they changed my account back to prepaid and on top of that I no longer have access to my money in my account. This location is the worst!!! I will never visit this location again!
