I switched from Wells Fargo (20 years account holder) to Regions Bank a few years. Best move I've made in a very long time. This specific branch has the very best customer service team unlike no other! From the manager - Jacoby Porter to the personal bankers - Reuben LaMar, these folks are literally amazing. 5 STARS ++++ Michael
I think this branch of Regions Bank is awesome. I am back and forth from Louisiana to Texas and never once did I have a problem with service. As a matter of fact, one of the Regional or Area Managers walked into the Bank and he too was so nice. Everyone I had dealings with were awesome. A big smile and a hugh thank you to the Branch Manager and the Notary.
I could give 0 stars I would. When you receive the mailers DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT YOU WILL REGRET IT: I've NEVER experienced such incompetence and disregard for customer service as I have with Regions throughout this dispute process. What should have been a straightforward claim (like it was with my other bank) has turned into a complete disaster due to poor communication, repeated mismanagement, and a total lack of accountability. Regions bank is the worst bank ever, it's no wonder that they're closing all their branches cause nobody wants to bank with them due to their horrid, pathetic excuse for customer service an support an their horrible bedside manner, behavior an overall treatment of customers
