Garbage customer service. I had a problem and urgently needed to withdraw money, an amount that the ATM doesn't give out. They came at 12:05 and refused to serve me, even though they saw the urgency and my pleas. It was truly a disgrace and a disappointing service.
First time I go to a Regions bank and have a bad experience. Teller was rude put an unnecessary hold on a deposit and then was condescending. Go to another branch!
