Don’t waste your time with this looser bank, never saw in my life that chase bank puts hold on cashiers check from regions bank for 10 days… this bank could not even cash the cashiers check that they issued themselves… what a joke, not a bank
Amazing service! Super friendly staff - eager to help with anything. I left Regions a few years back because of a bad experience. As I was opening a new account at this branch, Rene made me feel heard and was super helpful. I can’t thank him enough for his amazing customer service. A BIG plus is that at this location they can print you your debit card within a few seconds!!! This is a first time I have experienced not having to wait for my debit card in the mail - instead it was printed and handed to me within seconds!
Good luck getting cash from the ATM as their ATMs are constantly out of cash. Also this branch’s card scanner to access the ATM after hours is broken. So glad I drove just to not have access. Just terrible.

Came to regions bank wanting a try them out. Decided that it wasn’t the right fit and wanted to close out my account I was told I would have to wait 90 days before I could close the account out. I withdrew my entire balance and then when I came back to close the account, I got hit with a MSF and the account was negative -4 I made a deposit and then was told I would have to wait until Tuesday to close the account. Regions bank and the banker a “financial consultant” Rene are ridiculous.
