The employees at the Chipley Branch do an excellent job. Always efficient and very knowledgeable. Never any wait time. Kudos!
Regions is very friendly and easily bank to bank with
Branch manager profiled myself and my husband and was snooping, reading my phone screen when I was looking up the account number to give, and she rudely insinuated that the amount I had in the account was the amount of debt I had. When I told her it was my checking, she tried to wrongfully correct me and tell me it was my debt. Very gross behavior.
Edit: They upped their customer service! Everybody has been so professional, helpful and quick. A complete turn around!
Regions Chipley branch always takes care of our banking needs. Mary Hauser is a great asset to this branch. All employees go above and beyond.
