I'm not writing to complain about this particular branch, but DO NOT BANK HERE! My account has been hacked SEVEN TIMES and its hardly been a year. I've asked to change my account number and they won't do it. I have the option to overdraft, I always bring my account above zero within the grace period. I had an unexpected charge come through around 6 pm one night, put the money back my 9 THE SAME NIGHT. They STILL charged me an overdraft fee and refused to give it back because when my account was hacked and overdrawn by frauds... read more
I love this branch. Everytime I come into the bank, I am greeted by everyone and everyone knows my name. Gaylynn has always been my go-to gal. Love her, but don't disregard her team, they are just as amazing. I never have any complaints or problems with them. I brought my kiddos to open their own bank account and Gaylynn explained everything in detail to them. I truly appreciate the patience and knowledge they will give to their customers. If I could give more stars I would!
