This is by far my favorite Regions branch; their customer service and speed of service is the best. Other branches should learn from y’all. Friendly and fast. It’s simple.
My mother spoke with Representative before Tiffany from Birmingham Alabama who would not provide her ID number was very rude and very unprofessional. After providing all the correct information for verification purposes, she put my mother on hold and hung up. Now by her hanging up on her will put her in a position of not being able to verify my mom’s information again. She called again and spoke with Tiffany from Birmingham Alabama and was told that they cannot help my mother and she needed to go to the branch as expected.
