They were very professional courtesy and speedy. Customer service wee Extremely nice and the workers who came to my house was awesome
They keep you informed of the progress for contractor by letting you approve all money released to them.
Very easy to work with and efficient. They also made extending the loan easy when the contractor was running behind schedule.
The loan personal was very friendly and helpful on the phone.

The worst customer service. Folks who answer the phones have no clue, t*** **** *********** ***, when you online chat, **** ***. I went to activate my new card. Couldn't do it via the web, called the number, still couldn't activate it. Called customer service, Ashley said she activated my card and to cut up my other one. So I did. Guess what? If you have a small business then I warn you do not Bank with Regions. Worst customer service, worst representatives in the branch, they don’t give a crap about your business at the Palm Beach US 1 location. It should be a crime to hold a verified check for 2 weeks. They made me wait to receive part of my check- gave me none of the money, held part for 3 days to receive on the 4th day and then wants to hold *****of it for 2 weeks after the verification.
