Shannon is extremely condescending, and passively aggressive. My family is none of her business and her condescending remarks about my husband were out of line! Making fun of customers and laughing at them in their presence isn't very professional. I won't be back
Barbara (barbie) was absolutely phenomenal! She answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail! I am very pleased with my first experience at regions!
I've banked with regions for over 20 years. After today, I'll be working on closing my account and all of my kids' accounts. They may be polite and smile when you walk in the door, but they are rude, nosey, and judgemental when they don't agree with what you're doing with your money. I'd rather drive to another location in another state to finish closing out everything than step foot back in here.
