All of the tellers are very kind and helpful.
Most unhelpful bank I've ever encountered. I'm now forced to lodge an emergency complaint with the CFPB because this bank is withholding funds for a non existent transaction during a financial hardship. Rudest staff, and was refused to speak to a supervisor. As well as refused to speak to the fraud department.

Our family was treated so poorly at this bank in an emergency situation, if you see this bank run in the opposite direction and switch to a new bank. Can't complain about the service because there was none from the staff
