The best bank I have ever been to. I have been banking with them for nearly 2 years and never had a bad experience. Everyone is genuine and care more about people and their needs rather than just money. They love there job and see things beyond just a paycheck. It was fast in and out in under 30 minutes
I have been a regions customer since 2001 or around that time. Through those years many life changes and big banking events and issues have happened. Still I am a customer. Honestly I have had thoughts of leaving for one reason or another. However it is the people that work there have kept me from closing accounts. Heather Gunn and Jo Friday being the 2 biggest reasons that I stay and I have prob had almost every issue that anyone could have and even when they couldn't "fix" it (mostly cause I was the reason for the problem)... read more
