Regions Bank closed my account without warning, returned my paycheck to my employer, and now refuses to provide the one simple letter I need to get paid. I have gone into branches, made phone calls, and spoken to multiple employees — every time I’m told “there’s nothing we can do.” This is false. I have made every effort to resolve this and Regions is refusing to help. Because of their refusal, I’ve had to go to food pantries for groceries and the Humane Society for dog food, while my hard-earned paycheck sits out of reach. ... read more
