I felt very pressured to do things with my money I was depositing..a very large sum..the woman working with me made me feel like doing wrong with what I wanted to do with my money. She spoke to me as I was a banker..I did not understand most of how she explained things and felt as if she had an attitude with my decisions. I deposited nearly 100,000 with their bank, still have to pay for checks and cannot get to my money for 10 to 14 days..waiting for debit card..checks and escrow check to clear. I walked in, was greeted by the teller and 5 minutes later I was sat down with the Senior Bank Manager on duty to open my account!
Came to this branch for info about a check hold, wouldn’t give me any info and rushed me out. Closing my regions accts.
Not helpful. One of the worst banking experience ive ever had.
