Stopped by to check on investing in a CD. Farida (senior relationship banker on her card) helped me in her office. She went to an extent most investment bankers wouldn't go. My Bloomington Regions Bank investment banker wasn't returning my calls/texts. She found out that he early retired in 12/24 due to back problems. He didn't contact me. She went to quite an extenty tracking him down and I wasn't much help. He drives to Greenwood to help me, so I'd forgotten our meetup history. The tellers and bankers are helpful and efficient.
Stopped in to get something very simple, yet only 2 employees in the entire building. One manager fielding phone calls in her office and 1 employee who can't answer any questions without asking the manager. Customer service at Regions Bank continues to go downhill. After 20 plus years with this bank. I continue to be disappointed, to say the least.
Scam! This bank is a scam. I closed my bank account with about $90 some in it. I just got the check (2 weeks after I closed it), and it’s only for $56 and some change. Where did the $30 some go?! Scam bank. Don’t trust them.
