I walked in, was greeted by the teller and 5 minutes later I was sat down with the Senior Bank Manager on duty to open my account!
Came to this branch for info about a check hold, wouldn’t give me any info and rushed me out. Closing my regions accts.
Not helpful. One of the worst banking experience ive ever had.
Every time I come in this bank the staff are so rude and always clueless as to what they’re doing. This location definitely needs a fresh start
