The assistant manager Taylor Pagano is wonderful. She has made such a huge impact in my life financially and has helped me set up for a strong positive future. I would still be struggling immensely without her help and support. Regions Bank is lucky to have her.

This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I went to open an account and specifically asked if they " check your credit" banker responds "no" I have the account 1 week and they froze it! It gets worse I work across the street and our corporate account is through regions so we don't usually pay check cashing fees! Well the teller last week tells me all fees are waived for October and I go in today and they tell me something different and take up all my time. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this bank.
