I have never felt so comfortable making financial banking decisions before in my life! Sean is an outstanding Banker. So professional and truly cares about the customers financial and banking needs! This was such an easy transition from chase bank to Regions! Very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this bank and Sean as your Banker. Very Disappointing Experience Ever since we started banking with Regions Bank, it has been nothing but trouble and unnecessary hassle. First, we wanted to open a secured credit card. We provided all the requested documentation, but somehow the documents were not properly copied or processed. We had to go back twice just to submit the same documents again because they forgot to make copies. My god is hate this bank, first they couldn't do a secure card for my wife we ask all the documents, brought all the documents then they said we missing documents , then they said we have to restart the process all over. Then I was able to use my card in alaska for a week then they block my card thinking it wasnt me I understand that part but why did they let me use it for a week then block it at the most inconvenient of time at the checkout for grocery.
