I had to make some changes on my account, so I visited this branch in South Austin. I called ahead in case I needed an appointment, and they encouraged me to come on in and they'd take care of me. I was immediately welcomed by the manager upon my arrival, offered something to drink, and he assigned Garrett to help me. Garrett was kind, professional, thorough, answered all my questions, and was able to guide me in the steps I needed to take. I used the Regions Bank in Houston, Texas and recently moved to San Marcos, Texas. I had very important business that needed to be taken care of. Since I am no longer in Houston, the nearest Regions was the Onion Creek Parkway Branch in Austin, Texas. I met Jimmy Cisneros, Jr. and he welcomed me and graciously begin the process of helping me.
