The Branch Manager, Mike, was super helpful and patient as he helped us sort out some questions an account after my Mom’s passing. It was a weird situation and I appreciate his reasonableness and help.
Highly recommend this branch! I recently stopped by from out of town with a bit of a complicated transaction and was very impressed by the service provided by Mike (manager) and Andres. I was warmly greeted as I walked in and these guys went above and beyond making sure they could get me taken care of. They were friendly and professional even on a rather busy Saturday. I do not recommend the Regions Branch on 1-35 in Austin. Went in to fix an issue with my debit card that the bank froze without telling me. Fraud dept told me they don't always notify if fraud is suspected (whaat?) and sent me to the bank to have it fixed. I had just sold my house and proceeds to that and an inheritance had just hit my account and I had not yet transferred it out. The jerk of a banker I spoke to grilled me like I was a drug dealer, asking me personal questions about why I had all that money in the bank. I di... read more
This is the best bank I’ve ever banked at I would strongly recommend anybody to go to this bank. They are so patient so understanding the whole team is awesome.
Very poor customer service. Do not bank with Region or even come to this location. Worst than Bank of America! And that says a lot.
