This is the best bank I’ve ever banked at I would strongly recommend anybody to go to this bank. They are so patient so understanding the whole team is awesome.
Very poor customer service. Do not bank with Region or even come to this location. Worst than Bank of America! And that says a lot.

Muy buena antecion
Vine aquí principalmente para el servicio de Notaría, aparentemente mi tarjeta verde, Green card o permanent residence, como se le quiera llamar, no era un ID válido para poder ayudarme, a pesar que tengo una cuenta en Regions. Me he mudado recientemente a Texas y aun no me llega el ID de aquí, pero se me hizo muy raro ya que en otro lugar si me pudieron ayudar. Otra cosa también, cuando entré la sucursal olía raro como a baño sucio. Al menos no fueron groseros, todo el tiempo fue estrictamente profesional y serio.
