Daniella is always super helpful and friendly. She really does a great job and helps get any issues taken care of quickly.
They advertise check cashing on their website. Went to the branch closest to me and the teller had no clue what I was talking about. She stated Regions does not do this service. Website needs to be corrected or branch needs to be educated on the services they offer.
The Branch Manager, Mike, was super helpful and patient as he helped us sort out some questions an account after my Mom’s passing. It was a weird situation and I appreciate his reasonableness and help.
Highly recommend this branch! I recently stopped by from out of town with a bit of a complicated transaction and was very impressed by the service provided by Mike (manager) and Andres. I was warmly greeted as I walked in and these guys went above and beyond making sure they could get me taken care of. They were friendly and professional even on a rather busy Saturday.
