They always greet you by your name . If your the only person or 5 ppl in line your the only one matters.. Brittany @ the Madisonville branch is great @ what she dose she is 5 star herself,
The staff is always helpful. During this pandemic , it would be nice to have Saturday drive through hours at least to 12 noon since you close at 5:00 during the week.
BEST BANK I EVER KNEW.
Went to the drive through window at 530pm when it was supposed to be open till 6pm and no one was there. The time on the website clearly says the drive through is open till 6pm Not any sooner or later than 6pm.
