ZERO stars if I could!! I've had multiple accounts here for years, but that all ends now!! I should've closed all my accounts back in August 2020 when this branch wouldn't allow me to escape the 110 degree heat by standing just inside the door (even though I had just left an appointment, was wearing a mask, and passed their thermometer check) while awaiting 1.5 hours for a tow after my truck wouldn't start. I had an excellent experience with Haley and Alyssa today in the drive thru north hills branch They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions efficiently. They always have a smile on their faces - highly recommend their services!!
