This is the slowest location. Have at least 30 minutes to spend if you’re going through the drive through even if there’s only one car ahead of you. Every time I come to this location, it makes me want to close my accounts at regions.
Jorge the manager at Regions will bend over backwards to satisfy a customer . Laurie Jewell is extremely helpful in taking care of all your banking needs . Roshawn fantastic as well . I have noticed a change in Regions over the last five or so years and they are definitely my choice when it comes to banking.
Has held all of my non-direct deposits for 7 to 12 days without any explanation. Several people at the branch and help line have the same answer of "we don't know why" and "we can't help you". 1st day of using Zelle thru app and got "restricted" from using it. Paper checks, pay checks, bank xfers, and mobile deposit from one of my own accounts at Hancock to Regions is held in limbo until they decide it's ok. We got to the bank 20 min prior the time the bank was closing. We we simply trying to add someone to an already existing account. We were told by Nichole that they she not have time and would have to schedule an appointment for another day because they were about to close. Nichole was not helping any other customers and no one else was waiting to get help with their accounts. We were very disappointed in this service and will be considering another bank.
