I love this location of this bank. I have always had very nice, attentive people assist me each time go to this bank. They are personable and kind. Never had a bad experience here. Do go here! The Big Bend location is terrible! Don't go there.
This bank branch is an absolute DIAMOND. All of the girls there were so kind!! Ashlel took care of my complicated issues fast and with the highest level of care and empathy. She is phenomenal. Regions customer approach and products made me think of my favorite bank… Barnett Bank! I have the utmost respect for the way I was treated and advised by Yacer (in the Bell Shoals Valrico branch). It’s nice that Regions seems to focus on the customer, not just a number. It was a very pleasant experience!
