Hello I just want to give this review more than 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . I came to regions bank on Saturday before closing to open a new account. Antoinette one of the bank clerks is awesome ! She took her time to help me reestablish with regions bank. She was a very kind and very patient with me. Thank you so much Antoinette for helping. !
Do all regions bank employee rude employees? Man this is the second regions bank I visit and OMG customer service is horrible. No willing to help definitely will never be doing business with them ever.! African American lady kept cutting us off before we were even done with our sentences Just not willing to help at all it seemed like she had her mind made up
Reginald does not provide good customer service. If you are a long time customer of Regions bank like myself, I highly recommend visiting the Regions bank on S. Rice or Westheimer if you are looking for top tier customer service.
Customer service is the worst… if possible I would give them negative stars
The overall branch of employees are the best is this new manager that you all have here at this particular branch that makes it so unwelcoming
