This Branch was not empathetic towards my financial needs. And it was obvious that the people at this Branch did not really care.
I have always had a great experience with Regions. They are polite and professional and attend to my needs promptly. I recently took out a loan and they walked me through the entire process. The young lady who processed it was very nice. Would recommend Regions as your primary financial institute.
I been with Regions bank for years, as our relationship grows I'm learning more about the bank and those that work for them. I recently had an online issue and regions protected my account. Thank you!
