I love my bank they help me in various ways
I’ve always appreciated the convenience of the location; however last week on a day i took from work to handle things (changing my last name to married name included in those tasks) the branch manager turned me away stating my husband needed to be with me as it was a joint account. 1st time she turned me away because i only had my temporary id (that’s understandable) but i came to the new caney location “with” my husband and his DL was not needed due to me just editing my profile. Everyone at Regions Bank in Atascocita has always been kind and helpful, but I especially want to recognize Christie. She’s consistently pleasant, patient, and genuinely attentive. Whether helping me or others, she never seems rushed—just calmly focused on making sure everything is handled with care. Her thoughtful service makes every visit a pleasure
