Thieves in the temple! People want to trust where they put their money for supposed safe keeping. This bank accused my elderly mother of hacking her own account and made her responsible FOR GOING INTO THEIR SYSTEM TO FIND THE HACKER!! All banks have a recovery fund for situations like this. This bank didn't bother to reimburse my mother but they were gracious enough to charge her multiple overdraft fees and then call her to tell her they were going to take legal action. Rather not go into specifics, but they made an already bad situation horrible for me and my mother who had been banking with them for 48 years and right before Christmas no less. Then only to figure out that what I was told wasn't even true after having to try and open another account at a different bank for my mother which I had to hire an attorney to do. Im giving the regions bank the 5 star. I really like the app. Regions bank apps are helpful and nice chatting with people on the app. Problem not the bank its the workers at martin bank. Kindness helps. Hard being nice when worker wants to argue or be mean to you. It also makes you up set when you walk in and pick a person to help you and they already rude. Just got to find kind workers even if you need pick a different region bank. Always be kind though.
