When I got home I realized the rude Kellie Roberts didn't even spell my name correct with my ID sitting in front of her..She informed me after running my US Treasury check would have a 9 day hold on it when I clearly told her I only wanted 6,000.00 of it deposited... She told me in the beginning that the funds would be available within the next two days which I agreed to
I've always found the staff at this branch cheerfully and helpful with one exception which I won't name.
This is were my mortgage ended up when I bought my new home. So I open checking and savings. In 2023 all my money was fraudulent taken. I had a debit card yesterday till the rude manager said you will never get a card her. Then she said I was rude with the bankers. Lier never have I been rude. Has one besides the manager been rude to me yes this Manager is pure anger. Total Elder Abuse/discrimination. I have a safety box there that I go into weekly. I had Regions 10 years ago. They charged us for withdrawing from our saving account. Then they said they couldn’t give me a small car loan. Poor customer service. I dropped them for a credit union who I’ve since had 3 car loans with and paid off already.
