The bankers are friendly, but not helpful or concise about what information is needed to complete anything more complicated than opening a personal checking account. Very inconvenient experience.
Visited this branch in Pace twice in the last few days and same bad experience both times. Employees appear not happy to be there. Customers are ignored unless you are at their window or in front of their desk. No smiles or no greetings. Manager had to approve my transaction at my tellers window (3 feet from me) and never looked at me or spoke to me even after I had been waiting about 30 minutes for her. Michelle opened our accounts in speedy time and had us out the door in record time, which was great. She is the best. Very personable.
I have been a Regions Bank customer for over 20 years. The only problem I have, and, admittedly not earth-shaking, is the lengthly access route to the entrance from US-90 at the Pace, FL, branch.
I went there. And apparently another person representing another branch spoke to me. He took an hr of my only day off, ina convo about ground work. To establish a bank i could trust in after moving and wanting to make moves business wise. He asked me for more than anyone should ever have on themselves at one point I time. And I.D. and social security card apparently is no good to them. Nor is a real birth certificate. He smoothed me for an Hr and after presenting all required.
