Rude staff ( when she called and spoke directly to someone at that branch) My mother had so much problems with them today. I guess they think it’s ok to treat elderly people like crap. Don’t waste your time go to Penair or Navy Federal where they care about the people.
The bankers are friendly, but not helpful or concise about what information is needed to complete anything more complicated than opening a personal checking account. Very inconvenient experience.
Visited this branch in Pace twice in the last few days and same bad experience both times. Employees appear not happy to be there. Customers are ignored unless you are at their window or in front of their desk. No smiles or no greetings. Manager had to approve my transaction at my tellers window (3 feet from me) and never looked at me or spoke to me even after I had been waiting about 30 minutes for her.
