Horrible bank and incompetent staff. Weston has to be the most uneducated banker that I’ve ever worked with. The 1-star review is an overly generous one, at that! If you value your hard-earned money, I suggest you look for any bank other than this one!!👎 And, there is a stagnant, mold/mildew stench that knocks you over when you open the door!!🤢🤮
Very unprofessional . Literally listened to two ladies in the office be dramatic and have a whole conversation about something I needed done instead of helping me. If you can’t do it that’s fine , just say that . Never returning.
This bank is terrible. Don’t use the drive thru. They cannot count. Constant mistakes- recounting the drawer. For their errors. 28 minutes sitting there. Total chaos.
Regions allows hackers to easily access your account and make unauthorized charges but refuse to allow the actual owner of the account to access
The bank has a problem of making decisions on my behalf. I didn’t know I have a husband or boyfriend that works up there. If I drop my house payment off it should not be put in another place without consulting me. My number was on the paper and people have contacted me before. So, I know they know how to use a phone. If I could go back, I would get my mortgage anywhere else. I hate when people make decisions on my behalf without consulting me. That has to be a crime!
