I’ve been a customer at this bank for many years with multiple accounts. Just opened yet another account which I showed my license to open and they want to double back a week later and make me bring in my license and social security card for their records. Kim the branch manager did zero to help me but shut me down. This bank is a joke and there are many better options in the area.
First time customer. I needed a local bank, and was very pleased!
I have to admit im disappointed by the corporate office of Regions bank. Im new to the area and applied for a bank account online because it would be nice to have a bank that is near me. I was denied an account, I have great credit and no delinquencies of any kind but was denied because my job is new? Our banking systems need a make over, Im very disappointed.
I just deposited cash into my account at this bank and was told the funds would not be available until tomorrow because the cash has to go through processing. Just another way for this bank to hold your money hostage. I absolutely hate this bank and all it stands for.
