I had the most unpleasant experience. I went in the cash a cashier's check . Not even a personal check. I presented my legal and valid temporary ID and was immediately told before the teller even had time to look at my credentials that it couldn't be accepted as if she had decided before I even handed her my ID. I remember when Region's could really be counted on when it came to catering to the customer but in this case I was not a priority before I even knew it. Promise Demijohn is the best worker there! she always gets me in and out in a timely efficient manner. I have never had no problems when I am going in there and the service gets better every single time I go in there. If you need help anything regions related, this is the one to go too. And make sure to ask for Promise
Horrible bank and incompetent staff. Weston has to be the most uneducated banker that I’ve ever worked with. The 1-star review is an overly generous one, at that! If you value your hard-earned money, I suggest you look for any bank other than this one!!👎 And, there is a stagnant, mold/mildew stench that knocks you over when you open the door!!🤢🤮
