It is absolutely ridiculous to have to hold for an hour to talk to a banker at this particular location of Regions.
I don’t think leaving low ratings on a local bank is for the policies of the corporation is good, so here’s my one star 5 star review. I get e-mail updates with my rewards balance from a regions credit card. It would be nice if I could redeem those rewards, but regions doesn’t allow it unless I have $25 of rewards. So basically they are saying that I need to spend more with them, which I will absolutely never do and also make sure to tell everyone how scammy they are.
If you treat them with respect and act appropriate, you'll have no issues. Great bank. They give feedback and support. Reviewers don't update despite getting help.
Folks here are always nice and helpful! Easy to bank here. Wish they had more locations.
