I don’t think leaving low ratings on a local bank is for the policies of the corporation is good, so here’s my one star 5 star review. I get e-mail updates with my rewards balance from a regions credit card. It would be nice if I could redeem those rewards, but regions doesn’t allow it unless I have $25 of rewards. So basically they are saying that I need to spend more with them, which I will absolutely never do and also make sure to tell everyone how scammy they are.
If you treat them with respect and act appropriate, you'll have no issues. Great bank. They give feedback and support. Reviewers don't update despite getting help.

Hours("banker's) are inconvenient. Understandable why Regions has closed a number of branches in the city over the past years.
Tina, the bank manager, is the most competitent bank manager with a wealth of knowledge and a gift for hiring/training great staff! Above and Beyond is that lady's professional modem operandi (M.O.)! I have 3 banks but this one is also my fave because they give you opportunities to avoid fees and be safe too with their various security technology available to their clientele. I am forever loyal!!
