opening a account they have the most stupid policy that if you account goes to a zero balance they do what is a soft close on your account so when you have a deposit come in like your pay it opens the account but you don't have access to your money for 24 hours even though the direct deposit is guaranteed money they put a hold on it I wlll be telling everyone about this policy this policy and they should tell you about this when u open the account (there answerwas it is in the paperworkŕb I give regions a minus 1
