Fantastic bank with personal feel. I left a mega-bank I had been with for decades to go with Regions. Lisa, Nish, and Christa are all wonderful! In a world where, with most banks, it’s impossible to talk to a human, this bank and branch are refreshingly different. I mean, when was the last time a company’s chat, FAQ’s, or 1-800 number ever answered any question you’ve had? Yes, I highly recommend this branch/bank.
I visited this Dacula Regions Bank earlier today. Not only was the service spectacular, my entire banking experience was extremely gratifying. The place was very clean, great lighting and smelled fresh. I interacted with Ms. Angelina, the Branch Manager, and Mr. Asiel who was a representative; he took his time to assist with my Cash withdrawal, since I did not not have my account number handy. I know these types of banks don’t offer much interest and tend to charge plenty of fees, but there’s something special about walking into a branch and talking to a real person who can help with your account. Thanks to Christa for resolving an issue no call center could handle.
I been with regions since 1996 where I opened my account in Mississippi and never have, I been treated less than a valued customer. I am treated like a real member with an account. Kristin and Ms. Lisa they are the greatest. You are not treated like you are only an account number. They make life and business so much easier when you are appreciated as a customer, they don't get any better at customer service than you can get at this bank.
