My customer experience with Regions North Parkway branch was very POSITIVE and recommend it to anyone. Thank you.
I advise all dear customers not to use the bank’s ATM to deposit money into your account because it has many problems and when you return to the bank the employee tells you that he can only make notes for you and wait for the money for 5 to 7 days.
If you are looking for a financial institution to handle your financial needs or any financial related concerns, I recommend Regions bank and their amazing staff! I've been to several through our the years but the North Parkway location is the one I visit most because it's closer to my house. The tellers are always curtious, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to assist. Great job Regions staff and thank you for being a part of our community!
Put my debit card in the atm; atm acted like I didn’t put it in.. Never had that happen, but immediately reported card lost. Thanks regions for making me not have my debit card for 7 days.
