I waited for 20 to 30 mins and only a elderly couple a head of me and as soon as the next customer walks in the other lady takes home even tho I been sitting there Terrible service I recommended another bank as regions doesn’t care about the customer

I advise all dear customers not to use the bank’s ATM to deposit money into your account because it has many problems and when you return to the bank the employee tells you that he can only make notes for you and wait for the money for 5 to 7 days.
