Horrible customer service, the lady from the business window is horribly rude and doesn't like counting money.
Regions has totally lost their way. As a 30 year customer, it seems they may spend millions to create good will advertising and yet remain clueless to the tenants of good service. Then give you only 500 letters to project your recent problem. Word of mouth will effectively negate what they spend wastefully. Find a bank that has not forgotten or actually care about providing good service. NOT JUST CHEAP TALK.
