I made an appointment online and showed up and the investment person was not there and they did not know there was even a way to make appointments online. The banker then suggested I take a cashiers check for my IRA to close out the account. She was not aware of the IRS penalties to doing this. She got me in contact with the Investment person (bc I would not leave her office until I had contact made with him) and I started driving to the branch he was at and he was not available (again I had made an appointment). Had $1000 worth of fraudulent activity on my account. Went to this branch for help to file a dispute. Met with Penny. Penny did not know where to look on her computer for what she called the dispute form. She actually said “where did they put it”. She went and asked a teller to show her and they did not know. She called the IT department on speaker phone and they explained they were the wrong department to call. She then was confused about how to find the charges on the debit card. I’ve had the worst experience with Lynn. I make it a point to never go to her window as she is disgustingly rude. I’ve overheard her talking about politics and how happy she is that Trump is president. Her unprofessionalism needs to be dealt with ASAP. I closed my account because of her.
