Had $1000 worth of fraudulent activity on my account. Went to this branch for help to file a dispute. Met with Penny. Penny did not know where to look on her computer for what she called the dispute form. She actually said “where did they put it”. She went and asked a teller to show her and they did not know. She called the IT department on speaker phone and they explained they were the wrong department to call. She then was confused about how to find the charges on the debit card. I’ve had the worst experience with Lynn. I make it a point to never go to her window as she is disgustingly rude. I’ve overheard her talking about politics and how happy she is that Trump is president. Her unprofessionalism needs to be dealt with ASAP. I closed my account because of her.
