Archaic! Many things you actually have to come into the bank to do what most other bank institutions allow you to do online. Then let's talk about this specific branch. There are usually only two staff members in the entire bank at any given time: one bank teller and another who is either the manager or just one of the bank representatives who "tries" to help.
