Terrible!!! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a bank Manager. He was extremely rude. I rushed over for a medallion stamp for time sensitive documents. He was leaving on vacation the next day for 3 weeks. So I didn’t have time to print out 2 documents to make sure I got there before 5pm. I politely asked him if he could print out the documents I even offered to pay. And he rudely said absolutely not. Called for a Service and the banker was extremely rude and hung up. Horrible customer experience and not easy to work with.
