The managers were very very polite and helpful.
I was in town on vacation/work trip. My wife and I came in to handle some business while we had some free time. The young man at the teller counter could not have been any more uninterested. He asked so many questions about my accounts, why were we in Miami Beach, etc. He wasted so much of our time by asking these questions and acting really suspect messaging his boss back and forth on teams messenger.
