Slow as hell I sat in the drive Thur because lobby was closed only be there with three workers and it took 15 mins just to make a payment when I already had everything they needed on the sheet. RIDICULOUS they need new employees.
They’re so slow they don’t pay attention to the drive through and when they do they don’t pay attention to the commercial line. You’d think since commercial gives more deposits than most that they may care a little more. I can’t stand this bank and I can’t wait to leave it in the past
I have never been to this bank and because of the way the loan officer my daughter was dealing with I will never go to a Regions bank. For the last 40 something days my daughter and son-in-law where told that they were approved for a loan for a home, yesterday 1 week before the signing of the house he text and said he couldn't do the loan. He has been saying for weeks that everything was going great and no problems. He was suppose to have ordered an appraisal of property and never did. Everytime i go into this particular branch i am greeted with a smile and excellent customer service, i have never had a problem banking here and i have been a customer for over 20 years, staff is wonderful, they treat me like im royalty, it is hard to find a bank that cares about you. THANK YOU REGIONS.
