I feel that branch manager is lacking in customer service and that customers don’t have the time to just wait around.

PLEASE get a whole new set of staff at this branch. We are BEGGING. Martha is kind of nice but this job is too fast paced for her … she takes 30min + for one transaction it’s ridiculous. And Robert … wow. I see why the staff work how they do. He wasn’t pleasant wasn’t helpful and seemed to just be chilling in his office while it was a 45* min wait for a withdrawal. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a bank. I came to close my account after paying all fees, and the branch manager started raising his voice at me instead of helping. I was calm and respectful, and simply requested account closure. The staff refused to close my account, refused to provide any written explanation, and even threatened to call the police while I was just standing and asking for assistance.
