This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a bank. I came to close my account after paying all fees, and the branch manager started raising his voice at me instead of helping. I was calm and respectful, and simply requested account closure. The staff refused to close my account, refused to provide any written explanation, and even threatened to call the police while I was just standing and asking for assistance.
