The ATM took a $1900 cash deposit, and then it shut down completely. It showed the balance in my account until the next morning, then $1900 just evaporated out of my account. Now it’s 3 days later and they have no idea where my money is. They also have done nothing to help. They said 24-48 hours while transferring me back and forth to the Pensacola call center. Customer service is terrible there. With the change shortage I call before I make a change run for my business so I know the exact amount before I leave. On multiple occasions I’ve called I’ve either had workers hang up on me, never answer, or they continually keep placing me on hold. Upon my most recent visit the lady that took care of me had terrible manners and even tried to short me of my transaction there and when I pointed it out she acted like it was my fault and my problem. Maybe their moving explains why things are in such a mess not. We are having a terrible time with them now. They have our account so messed up. When are they moving?
My fiancé had an account with regions and we decided to make it a joint account. They needed a copy of my ss card, which I gave them. They never forwarded my information to corporate. So a few months later, without any warning what so ever, they terminated our account and withdrew all of our money.
