I wish they cared about my time as much as my money! They totally wasted my time today. Set up an appointment and they just skip right past me when I told them I have an appointment and I should be next! I will be finding another bank that is better at customer service for sure!
Recommendedthe staff are nice But there always seems to be an issue with the "Deposit" feature at the ATM machine..me and my wife makes a majority of all our deposits after hours Via the ATM and the pass 3 times we went,the deposit feature was unavailable so we would have to drive to the Harvey branch..long story short,please maintain the deposit feature at the ATM machine.
