Drive thru service was as expected.
Just opened my account with them on the 14th and DeMarco was the associate that helped me. Extremely professional and personable. I highly recommend them for banking. Thank you for making it such an easy process. What is even cooler is that he even got the door for me when I was leaving. Not many places go to that extent to show their appreciation.
This place is awesome, the people who work there know how to fix and take care of their clients. I know every day I go they have taken care of what I needed. Thank you all.
I wish if I can do less than one start! my mom has account with them and the card was used and doing withdraw in the branch even that she never went to bank , bad customer service and we lose money for nothing they can’t even approve who did the withdraw. They should rejected those transactions immediately but it seems they don’t even care and they are keeping talking with a lot of useless words without solving the problem. If u don’t make account with them plzzz DO NOT make. Thanks
