Every number I call to contact this bank will not let you select a number option. And then it disconnects the call. I even contact the local branch and it does the same thing…. What is going on. Beginning to wonder if they exist lol
When you go to this Bank Ask for Tricia A. Banker she is amazing. Makes you want to come back. She has excellent banking skills, very knowledgeable. She convinced me to open an account at this bank and explained everything very well to me. We need more like her that shows diligence in not only doing a great job but also making customers happy and feeling great about banking at Regions Bank.
