Regions has very poor customer service! The tellers make fun of the customers. The clerks have cell phones out on their desk while waiting on customers. If there ATM is not working they dont put signs up even after you notify the bank employees. Employee ask another employee for assistance and they walk away as if no one is talking to them. I will NEVER do business with Regions again!!!!! Oh.... and if you need help be prepaired to WAIT!!
What more can I say? The people are willing to work for you and are always friendly and helpful. We switched from City National Bank as we had so many problems with them that I wont go into, Regions was like a breath of fresh air. We have not had any problems at all with this bank. I highly recommend regions!
