Not the location but REGIONS Bank overall. RUN don't walk from this bank. Everything transaction, sneeze - you do will cost you three times the amount of any other banking institution. & They won't tell you - you have to read ALL of the fine print & still ask questions. They've charged me over $2k in fees for their various "services" - all within a year timeframe No wonder they're being sued!
Very poor NON-service @ this loc Rude teller, poorly trained & unable to handle simple tranactions Very high SCAM fees also NEVER open any account @ ANY Regions bank.. especially this one
I came in, nearing end of business hours, and Timothy gladly assisted me. He handled my new account promptly and professionally and printed me a new debit card with zero hassle and a good attitude. Love banking here. Feels like I'm banking with real people, you know?
