Recently opened a checking account here and then shortly afterwards a CD. I wanted to give a shout out to Sam. Sam was truly wonderful from beginning to end. He assisted and discussed the different product offerings at the bank. He did mention that the Flower Mound branch would be closing in December just in case that would change my decision on opening an account. They always greet you when you come into the branch and they are very attentive. Just a lovely banking experience.
I had very bad experience in this branch especially one associates in lobby I think his name is Jackson. I approach for resolve my online banking issues. They have no respect their customers
