Not a problem with the people but the policy. I did mobile deposit, you don’t know it’s on hold till next business day. I’ve been with them six months, I have with them direct deposit. My employer sent a paper check because I canceled my other direct deposit from cash app that charged me to transfer my own money to my bank. Regions however did offer instant release 1-4%, which I turned down, thinking it would either post next day or release something, but nothing. Went into the bank to get a new debit card but was asked if I had time to go over some finances and Ms. Elizabeth Rodriguez walked me through some options, that I had been meaning to take the time to do. And walked out moving some money around that will earn me some extra cash, instead of just sitting in the bank. Very successful trip to the bank.
