Actually my name is Ava Mercer and Charles is my spouse. I have been banking with Regions for over 20 years. I called the other day to ask about a new account that was not letting me use Zelle. They told me I would have to drive there which is 45 minutes away, to take care of it. So, I did. When I got there they told me they would have to do a ticket and corporate would have to fix it.
