This bank treated my 79 year old elderly mother very poorly. She tried to conversaste with the teller who was extremely unfriendly. She got a call the next day and the teller complained about her and she was made to go back to the bank and meet with the manager. The manager was very ugly and would not listen to my mom’s side of the story and belittled her. My parents have been customers since 1965.
