I had a recent good experience with the NE Jax Branch Manager at Jacksonian Plaza in helping me establish a Home Equity Line of Credit. Everything was prepared and planned out and went great! Thanks for the great experience as I have been a Regions customer for many years!
So after coming in today to make a payment for my rent and had to show my i.d, I was shunned by the branch manager because he didn't want to read my paperwork that was with the i.d to show it was valid, or maybe he can't read I'm not sure. To be told I couldn't be helped in a rude fashion by this man was unprofessional, especially since my daughter was with me.
