I came in a few days ago and I had a wonderful experience thanks to the tall blonde lady who helped me. I believe her name was Layla and she was incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful. Even though I didn’t have an account there, she treated me with the same kindness and respect as if I did. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and she truly made my visit a positive one.
Christy consistently provides exceptional service. She is attentive, trustworthy, and always puts her clients first. Her expertise and willingness to help have made a significant difference in my banking experience. I couldn’t ask for better service and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dependable banking professional. I LOVE REGIONS IN RICHLAND!!! GO SEE CHRISTY!
