Waited over 30 min to speak with a banker for account changes. One of the four bankers had a customer at their desk. The other three were unavailable. I left. Very disappointed.

We are new to Regions, but Dallas Bowen has made it seem as though we are 20+ year customers. Every time we go in for something or have a problem she has handled it with precision and understanding. She is truly an AWESOME lady. She gives Regions a good name!!!
